fun day

  FUN DAY

Yesterday, I had the most funnest day ever, at Oruaiti school. To begin with we went down to the bottom field to organise what groups we are in.

The first thing we did was our water activities. One of them was a water slide, slippery hockey, water gun fight and throw the sponge at your friend. After the water activities we went to play on the playground like monkeys.

After the wonderful play, we went to sit down on the concrete. And talk about our next fun day activities. When we had finished our talk we went to our dry activities. We wanted to do, the dry activities were,  bull rush / dodge ball,  gaming in MR Pickards room and a bouncy castle.

First I went to play  bull rush but guess what, know one wanted to play. So I went to go to the bouncy castle with my friend Zoe. When it was after lunch we had hot dogs and ICE CREAM.

When it was about home time we had some snow delivered to us on the bottom filed and we all jumped in and got as cold as a iceberg.

 REAL OR FAKE

Today we have been creating an image that is real or fake.

For example, this is my design I have made.

It was fun because we got to go online and research things.

I thought it would be easy on google draw so I  did it on google draw.

HOW YOU PLAY YOSHI

On Thursdays some people play a game at Oruaiti school called yoshi. The people who taught us yoshi are in the highest class and a teacher called Mr Picared. Mr Picared learnt it off the internet. The place that made the game yoshi is Japan.

What you need to play yoshi

First you need about ten cones, a court or a hall, 2 Hula hoops and two teams. The 2 Hula hoops need to be diagonal, the cones need to be in the middle of Wherever you are playing and the teams have to be on the opposite side of the cones.

How to win

Second you have to get all of your team on the other side to win. When the P.A.L leaders call yoshi all of your team has to run to the opposite side of your side and if all of your team gets to their side first they win. You can only win when the P.A.L leaders call yoshi then you go to the others teams side and go into one of the Hula hoops which is called the home space (The other hula hoop is the jail space)

The Waitangi trip

 The Waitangi trip

On a wonderful Wednesday our class went to Waitangi for the day. We left at 9.am in the morning. It was an hour away, "WHAT A HOUR" . Yes, an hour but it is going to be fantastic when we get there.

When we just about got to Waitangi driveway one of the girls in the car i was in had a little accident in the car, but it got all sorted. When we got there we had morning tea at a picnic table that was there. When we finished our morning tea we headed into the museum, we had to take our bags off and into this big cage.

we did a lot of ferning. ferning means fun sand learning

When we got out of the museum we went to this Humongous tent we all sat in. We all split into two groups and went some were. One group went to do some signing and the other group went to this big hall.
